Photography session and gift vouchers are not refundable in whole or in part.

• Bought items may be exchanged for goods of a higher price when payment is received for the difference.

• Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

• All photography session and vouchers are valid for 12 months. Photography sessions and vouchers can be used at any point up until this date except mini shoot which have a allocated date.

• kith and Kin are under no obligation to honour vouchers that have expired however we make make allowances for very exceptional circumstances.

• Vouchers should be treated as cash. Kith and Kin Photography will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

• To promote our photography sessions, we will use your pictures on our website and on our social media accounts. If you don’t want us to use your images please let us know when booking or during your shoots.

• In the event of bad weather on a set date, alternative shoot dates will be made available. All vouchers will be fulfilled within their valid to date.
